My work isn’t just litigation, I work on behalf of what’s best for my clients. I advise, but they make the ultimate decisions — my priority is to restore their sense of power and self-worth.
Adam's passion is litigating the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures and excessive force. He has also worked to ensure that jails and prisons have constitutionally-adequate conditions of confinement, that state and local agencies are complying with the First Amendment and with public records laws of the State of New Mexico, and that victims of sexual abuse in the workplace are entitled to redress. Adam has been involved in mulit-party litigation, class-actions, consent decrees and institutional reform, defamation defense, and has written appellate briefs and argued cases on appeal asserting the rights of loss of consortium claimants, public records requestors, and victims of police brutality.
Adam is also a Master's student at UNM, studying Latin American and Iberian history, economics, international relations, and politics. He worked in residential construction and remodel to pay his way through college.
